Acquisition
Trade Rennala’s Remembrance of the Full Moon Queen with Enia. Obtaining the staff does not mean you can use it immediately: its 60 Intelligence requirement is much higher than most early catalysts.
Upgrade before comparing
Use a leveled starting staff or a suitable intermediate catalyst until you meet the requirement. Compare sorcery scaling at the same upgrade tier and your current Intelligence; the scepter is not the best answer at every low level.
Its full-moon bonus does not apply to every sorcery. Carian Slicer and Rock Sling benefit from the catalyst’s general scaling, with magic and physical damage respectively. The fixed Spinning Weapon skill is not a replaceable Ash of War slot.
